The pricing fine print.
Can I switch from Single to Family later?
Yes — switch any time from the Stripe customer portal. Switching from Single to Family takes effect immediately and prorates the difference. Switching the other direction takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What's the refund policy?
Trial is free; cancel before day fourteen and you're never charged. After billing starts, monthly subscriptions can be canceled any time and you keep access through the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months. Annual subscriptions can be refunded pro-rata within 30 days of the most recent annual charge.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. The only optional add-on is the $9.99 mailed physical certificate per grade your kid completes.
Does my kid need a credit card?
No. You set up billing as the parent. Your child's profile uses an email link from your account; the kid never enters payment information.
Can I sponsor PhoxFin for a school or community group?
